Vanessa holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Sc. in Pure and Applied Mathematics. At BP, she developed internal models as a structurer and worked across regulatory and scheduling functions. She brings deep technical and domain expertise to building intelligent systems for complex markets.

Chairman

Bill McAdam is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the North American energy sector. He is the former President and CEO of Aux Sable, a leading midstream gas processing company. Before joining Aux Sable, he held progressively senior roles at Imperial Oil and Exxon Chemical from 1974 to 1994. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and his Master of Business Administration from McMaster University. Throughout his career, Bill has contributed to several industry association boards and currently serves on the board of Kingston Midstream and has been a board member for ARC Resources (Calgary), Seven Generations Energy (Calgary) and SemGroup Corp (Tulsa). He is recognized for his governance expertise and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in Canada.

Deane has been a key figure in the Calgary petroleum technology arena, particularly as CTO of Merak Projects and founder/CTO of Enersight Corp. Enersight was a Calgary based software company (now part of Quorum) that builds enterprise level business planning, engineering and financial software for the upstream oil and gas industry while Merak Projects Ltd. was also a Calgary-based company that gained international success for its economic and risk assessment software. Deane holds a B.Sc.Eng., Engineering Physics from Queen’s University.

Marty served as the former President and CEO of Seven Generations Energy and COO of Baytex Energy. He currently lends his expertise as a director on the boards of prominent organizations, including ARC Resources, Athabasca Oil Corp., Tenaz Energy, GreenFirst Forest Products, and Kathairos Solutions (private). Marty holds both a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta. Committed to advancing his leadership capabilities, he has completed the Director’s Education Program at the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business and the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Brian is an experienced executive with more than two decades of experience across multiple sectors of the North American energy industry. Currently the Chief Financial Officer of E3 Lithium, Brian has held executive roles in the upstream and midstream energy sector with companies ranging in size from start-up to mature, multi-billion dollar enterprises. Brian began his career in energy trading and origination with Credit Suisse and Citibank where he helped build out their Canadian physical and financial energy marketing businesses. Brian holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business in Calgary.
